本名Thomas Alden Page，1970生於Glen Ridge, New Jersey，雙子座，1989年的A Shoulder To Cry On 打響了名號，尤其在台灣，算是紅遍西洋歌壇，1990年I'll Be Your Everything更是讓他上一層樓，除了以上兩首外，Whenever You Close Your Eyes 及When I Dream Of You 再加上輕快的turn on the radio，都是當時紅極一時的歌曲，他算是早年來台灣次數不少的外國藝人。
1988年，Tommy Page推出同名專輯[Tommy Page]，俊俏的外表及清亮的嗓音，立刻引起廣大歌迷的注意，當中收錄的單曲
[A Shoulder to cry on]，是讓他以黑馬之姿打入歐美及亞洲市場的成名代表作。
89 年Tommy Page推出[Paintings in My Mind]專輯，主打單曲[I’ll be your everything]，當他以溫柔的深情嗓音詮釋起這首動人情歌，不但讓歌迷陶醉不已，這首歌也獲得全美Billboard排行冠軍，更拿下亞洲各國當地的排行榜冠軍。
Tommy Page的魅力不僅橫掃歐美，也延燒到亞洲各地，在台灣更是受到空前的歡迎，並創下六度訪華的紀錄。當時的他儼然成為青少年少女的頭號偶像，除了英俊的外型，Tommy Page也擁有創作才華，在1995年發行的[TIME]專輯中，他更包辦了幾乎整張專輯的創作，並全程參予製作，讓歌迷感受更成熟與專業的一面。
