保羅·安卡 (Paul Albert Anka) 生於1941年7月30日 ，加拿大安大略省渥太華。加拿大歌手、流行歌曲作者、演員，有黎巴嫩血統。在1990年獲得美國國籍。
保羅·安卡首次成為著名的青少年偶像在1950年代末期至1960年因《Diana》《Lonely Boy》《Put Your Head on My Shoulder》等成名。他繼續寫作有名的音樂，例如支付他每曲5000元美元寫作主題音樂的插曲、的《She's A Lady》以及法蘭克辛那屈英文歌《My Way》作詞。
1957年他參加紐約ABC電視台的試鏡，演唱了一首自己創作的作品Diana，少男情懷令他一曲成名。成為當年最紅的青少年偶像。(以上資料來自維基百科~另外因版主僅偏好其1974年的作品~故早期及為他人寫的歌就只po一首成名曲Diana意思一下)
