Jamie Walters出生於美國波士頓，是演員也是歌手，而【How Do You Talk To An Angel】是美國Fox電視網所推出音樂劇【The Heights】的主題曲，也是Walters生涯惟一的冠軍曲(1992年)，同時也是自1985年以來第一首由連續劇主題曲攻上排行榜榜首的歌曲，也因此獲得艾美獎傑出個人成就獎提名，可惜當年敗給麗莎明妮莉，但被提名已是對其演技及歌藝的肯定。其後他在94年及97年均有發行個人專輯，也都有不錯的成績。推薦曲"Hold On"出自其94年專輯，曾在95年攻上流行榜16名 。
