Jeff Healey是一位加拿大籍盲歌手，擅長吉他(平躺腿上演奏很特別)，曲風為爵士及藍調搖滾，他在8個月大時即因罕見眼疾失去雙眼，1983年組成樂團後即在多倫多各俱樂部走唱，1988年該團第一張專輯就以"Angel Eyes"這首歌打進美國流行榜第5名，並獲提名葛萊美獎最佳搖滾演奏，推薦曲"Lost In Your Eyes"則出自該團1992年第三張專輯，成績雖不突出(1993年＃91)但也是首好聽的抒情曲。可惜彈唱俱佳Jeff Healey天不假年，於2008年卒於癌症，享年41歲。
