Brenda K. Starr美國歌手，1966年生，父為猶太人，母波多黎各人，"I Still Believe"是其生涯唯一進入Top20的歌(1988年＃13)；推薦曲"No Matter What"則是其與George Lamond合唱的歌，曾獲1991年流行榜49名，2首都是非常耐聽的抒情曲，版主尤其喜歡"No Matter What"真是百聽不厭的好歌。附帶一提的是Mariah Carey未成名前曾做過Brenda K. Starr的背景合音並在1999年翻唱了"I Still Believe"，當時曾獲流行榜＃4(年終百大＃36)，真是此一時彼一時，本文也順便一併介紹，格友們可比較一下到底誰唱得好。
